Electrodes (all versions available)
To ensure the best weld and longest lifetime, it is necessary to achieve the right combination of hardness, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity. If you are looking for electrodes with a longer lifespan for your Progress machine, please let us know so that we can advise you.
Electrode Holders
The electrodes will be kept on their place in the Progress machine by the electrode holders. This copper part does not have so much wear and tear and can be produced in much softer copper alloys like E-cu or CuCrZr.
Laminated Shunts
Flexible laminated shunts are used in the Progress machine to bring over the welding current to the electrode holders. They do not wear like the electrodes but should also be maintained or replaced if necessary to keep your Progress machine in the best shape.
Tungsten Carbide straightening dies
Our Tungsten carbide straightening dies are used in wire processing machines to straighten wire by guiding it through precisely machined, wear-resistant holes.
Special Steel Rollers
We manufacture Special steel wire rollers which are used to transport wire smoothly through wire processing machines. They ensure stable movement, accurate positioning, and reduced wear, contributing to reliable operation and consistent production quality.
Mid-Frequency Welding Transformers
We manufacture mid-frequency welding transformers that are compatible with Progress machinery, either standard or completely build to your requirements.
We produce our own cores which reduces our lead time to a total of four weeks. Send us your requirements by simply sending a picture of the parameter plate on the transformer and a dimension sheet.
