Electrodes and Wire Guides
The right physical and mechanical properties ensure the best weld and longest lifetime. We produce a broad range of after sales electrodes and wire guides.
Welding Rings and Contact Wheels
We manufacture welding rings and contact disks in different alloys including CuCrZr, CuNiBe or CuCoNiBe according to drawing.
Welding wheel adaptors
Adaptors are used to transfer current to the MBK welding rings and are equipped with water cooling system. This prevents the welding rings of your MBK machines from overheating.
Laminated shunts
We have standard laminated shunts for cage welding machines. Apart from standard shunts, we also produce customized shunts.
Welding Transformers
We manufacture transformers standard and completely built to your needs. We produce our own cores which greatly reduces the lead time.
Special Steel Parts
We produce all kinds of steel wire cutting tools, clamps and wire straightening dies or other spare parts that are not made of copper. Be sure to ask for our possibilities.
